We utilize Qualia, a secure portal, to collect client information. When an email address is entered, an email gets set to the client to verify and collect missing information regarding their order. Screen shot of email to them below.

The client can then log into our secure portal to provide/confirm their information. While a cell phone number is a requirement for us to process their transaction so that we can contact them, it does not require them to accept text messages. Screen shot below, last question listed, shows us asking for consent to text. This question defaults to “No”. This portal is always available to them and they can log back in at anytime to change their answer.

This screen shot shows that this information is imported into out system so that we can keep record of consent.
