About Us

At Associates Title our passion is getting you to the closing table and partnering you with experienced professionals along the way. Our Staff holds years of experience and knowledge and are ready to serve all of your closing needs, whether it is a purchase, refinance, short or sheriff sale. We provide that knowledgeable unbiased answer on any side of the transaction. Buyer, borrower, seller, lender or attorney. Having handled purchase and refinances throughout the country, we know a lot. These are our top two gentlemen.

Patrick Craycraft
brings more than 27 years of title industry experience to Associates Title, Inc.
Prior to being a co-owner of Associates Title, he served at different capacities in the title industry in three different markets in the Midwest and South. Licensed in 22 states and counting, Patrick knows many of the nuisances around the country.
His former experience has served him well, as he is fluent in speaking with loan officers, real estate agents, lenders, attorneys and, borrowers to continually ensure successful loan transactions.
Patrick is a licensed title insurance agent and is also an active notary public.

Ryan Phillips
brings more than 30 years of title business experience to Associates Title, Inc.
Throughout his career
Ryan has been involved in many roles throughout the title business, which include managerial roles, escrow officer, processor and account executive positions. He has experience in dealing with all types of title transactions, ranging from purchases to commercial refinances. Ryan has personally closed over 5000 real estate transactions and works to bring the personal service that the clients of Associates Title, Inc. deserve.
